Reinventing Cultural HeritageReinventing Cultural Heritage was an international and multidisciplinary seminar held online on 9-10 November 2020. It was a joint project of the University of Tehran (Faculty of Social Sciences) and L'École des hautes études en sciences sociales (EHESS), supported by a host of academic institutions, including the Iranian Sociological Association and Anthropological Society of Iran. The forum brought about different perspectives from archeology to legal, sociology, and anthropology; all revolve around three main axes: history, new technologies, and patrimonial quest. The presentations comprised case studies, experimental research, legal and theoretical debates to deliver as much of a panoptic view as possible. The proceeding of the conference will be published in a volume with ISBN by Brepols. Please read details of the conference in the Conferences page.
