The papers from the Council of National Associations (CNA) Conference which was held last year in Taipei Taiwan have been published in digital format and are available
to everyone.
This conference with the theme “An Unequal World: Challenges for a Global Sociology”
was held in May 2009 and now the papers have been published in three volumes divided according to region.

The first volume contains papers regarding Latin America and Africa, volume two
contains papers from Asia, and finally volume three contains papers from Europe.
Dr. Mohammad Amin Ghaneirad attended this conference on behalf of the Iranian
Sociological Association and presented a paper with the title “A Critical Review of
Iranian Efforts for Development of Alternative Sociologies”. This paper is in the second volume.
